Purchases from Lunora are made with DEVIN LYNDELL LLC. We sell through this store for delivery to Canada.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. For the Canada market, the intended store currency is Canadian dollars (CAD). The checkout displays the available payment methods and the order total, including any applicable taxes, before you place an order. Standard shipping within Canada is free. Review the items, delivery address and total before submitting your order.

Orders and availability

Submitting an order requests the items shown at checkout. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of that request. If an item becomes unavailable or we discover a material pricing or description error, we will contact you with a resolution or cancellation and refund, as appropriate. We do not substitute products without your agreement.

Delivery and cancellation requests

See our Shipping Policy for the 1-3 business day processing and 5-12 business day transit estimates. Contact us promptly if you need to cancel or change an order. We cannot guarantee changes after dispatch; eligible delivered items may be returned under our return policy.

Returns and remedies

You may request eligible returns within 30 days after delivery. Read the Return and Refund Policy for conditions, return postage responsibilities and refund timing. Applicable mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
