Lunora ships ceramic drinkware, tableware and small decorative objects to customers in Canada.

Processing time

Orders are prepared within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods or severe weather, preparation may take longer.

Delivery estimates

Standard delivery to Canada usually takes 5-12 business days after dispatch. Remote areas may take 6-15 business days. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout when available.

Shipping costs

Free standard shipping is offered across Canada unless a different rate is shown during checkout.

Tracking

When tracking is available, a tracking link will be sent by email after the order ships. Customers may also use the Track Order page.

Customs and import taxes

Any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by local authorities are the customer's responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.
