Return and Refund Policy

We want every Lunora order to arrive in good condition and match the item description.

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and returned with protective packaging.

Non-returnable items

Final sale items, used items, damaged items caused by customer handling, custom orders and gift cards are not returnable unless required by law.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging and shipping label.

Refund method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Shipping charges, duties and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error or required by law.

Return address

Do not send a return without contacting us first. We will provide the correct return address, which may be in the United States or Canada depending on the order and carrier.
